The Quote  menu allows you to Create/Edit Quotes for your customers and when they are approved by customer transfer them to invoicing without any extra typing. This system holds a history of all quotes put through the system and you can purge quotes that have not become jobs but can recall them at any time simply by taking the unpurge option.
